We Love Feedback!

Certificates4you grew from a long conversation with a landlord who owned and was self-managing numerous properties. He had previously used a major letting agent. However he had recently parted company after discovering hidden fee's which the agent was adding onto the maintenance work. The Landlord, whom we will refer to as Bill was paying a monthly management fee to the agent. So to put it mildly, Bill was far from happy when he realised he was paying additional fee's for the agent to manage and organise routine maintenance.

Bill had grew up and lived in the in the local. Over a period of time he had purchased a decent portfolio of houses. Typical terraced houses. All renovated to a high standard. But a recent business venture had taken him overseas. This created an issue as Bill now didn't trust main stream agents with his investments.

After carrying out several repairs and gas safety inspections. Bill asked me if I could make sure the gas safety inspections were kept up to date. At this time Certificates4you didn't exist. Their were no online bookings with trades people. No instant payment methods. Just good old fashioned paper money. 

The penny dropped and the research began. What if a company existed that could maintain the trust of a local tradesperson. Keep its costs low. But maintain the ability of a major agent minus the hidden fee's. AND VOILA! Certificates4you was born.

Since the conversation with Bill. Certificates4you has grown and taken on different forms. Adopted different procedures. But one thing has always remained the same. GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT!

Over the past 12 months we have received a few technical issues with the website. Thanks to our loyal customer base. We have managed to stream line the process. Making the whole procedure of ordering gas and electrical inspections even easier. We couldn't of done this without the feedback from customers. For this, I thank you.

I hope the feedback will continue and allow us to keep giving our customers the service they expect.
